In recent years, the use of outsourcing to achieve an effective response in various projects of organizations has increased significantly.Organizations try to complete their projects within defined cost, time and quality by selecting and guiding contractors. The successful implementation of outsourced projects is considered an important challenge for employer organizations.Managers outsource part of the organization's activities to qualified contractors in order to create advantages and business capabilities. Choosing the right contractor from among the approved contractors can prevent the wastage of resources and preserve the organization's resources.The contractor industry is considered one of the important factors in the development of countries, and the development of contractors is considered an indicator for the development of countries. On the other hand, the credit rating of contractors facilitates the decision making of investors by comparing their credit risk with each other. In this research, the rating of construction project contractors is discussed. The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the risks affecting the credit rating of contractors.First, by using previous studies and interviews with experts in this field, the most important risks affecting the credit rating of a contractor, such as the financial status and stability, credit value and vulnerability of contractors to adverse conditions, were identified and determined. And finally, the ranking of the province's contractors was done using the TOPSIS fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making method based on the mentioned indicators. امروزه برونسپاری در تولید، به امری جهانی تبدیل شده و در زمینه تحقیق و توسعه و مشاغلی با سطح فنی بالا، درحال افزایش است. در سال‌های اخیر کاربرد برون‌سپاری برای دست‌یابی به پاسخ مؤثر در پروژه‌های مختلف سازمان ها به‌طور چشمگیری افزایش یافته است. سازمان‌ها می‌کوشند که با انتخاب و هدایت پیمانکاران، پروژه‌های خود را در چارچوب هزینه، زمان و کیفیت تعریف‌شده به پایان برسانند. انجام موفقیت‌آمیز پروژه‌های برون‌سپاری‌شده، چالشی مهم برای سازمان‌های کارفرما محسوب می‌شود. مدیران به منظور ایجاد مزیت و توانمندی های کسب و کار اقدام به برون سپاری بخشی از فعالیت های سازمان به پیمانکاران واجد شرایط می نمایند. انتخاب پیمانکار اصلح از میان پیمانکاران تایید صلاحیت شده می تواند از هدر رفت منابع جلوگیری نموده و سبب حفظ منابع سازمان گردد. صنعت پیمانکار از عوامل مهم توسعه کشورها به‌ حساب می‌آید و توسعه پیمانکار شاخصی برای توسعه کشورها تلقی می‌شود. از طرفی رتبه‌بندی اعتباری پیمانکاران با مقایسه ریسک اعتباری آنها با یکدیگر، تصمیم‌گیری سرمایه‌گذاران را تسهیل می‌کند. در این تحقیق به رتبه بندی پیمانکاران پروژه های عمرانی پرداخته می شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی ریسک‌های موثر بر رتبه‌ بندی اعتباری پیمانکاران است. ابتدا با استفاده از مطالعات پیشین و مصاحبه با خبرگان و کارشناسان این حوزه، مهم‌ترین ریسک‌های مؤثر بر رتبه‌بندی اعتباری پیمانکاران یک پیمانکار همانند وضعیت و ثبات مالی، ارزش اعتباری و آسیب‌پذیری پیمانکاران در قبال شرایط نامساعد شناسایی و تعیین گردیدند. و در نهایت رتبه بندی پیمانکاران استان با استفاده از روش تصمیم گیری چند معیاره فازی تاپسیس بر اساس شاخص های مذکور انجام گرفت. /downloadfilepdf/34641
